FAQ - Project References

What are project references?

In the form of project references, you document your completed projects - easily, quickly, as the project is being completed, and as a team. The majority of the documentation is done by choosing branch specific service criteria. Documented project references can be be filtered and evaluated by many criteria. Selected project references can be published with a few clicks. Through these, buyers and interested parties (on done.by and on the internet) can connect with you as a suitable service provider. Who can create a project reference?

Project references can be created and published by companies with their own company profile on done.by. Project references can be created and maintained by employees, with proper permission, as the project is being completed, and as a team.

How are project references confirmed?

Project references that are confirmed by your customers create increased trust and credit for future and current customers. Create a complete project reference and request that your customers confirm a reference by sending them the reference form found under ‘Confirmation’. Your customers have the chance to confirm your project reference online, to add a testimonial/comment, to deny the confirmation, or to give you feedback on desired modifications to the reference. In addition, your customers can choose to be anonymous or to be named as a person/company in the published project reference.

How are project references published?

The contents of your project references can be published when a project is complete or in instalments as it is being completed. This helps potential customers to find you as a suitable service provider. Before publishing, check which information you want to be visible on the internet. Employees who are given the right (reference manager) can publish project references (internal communications/status & info/status of publication). Alternatively, you can use the 4 eyes principle on done.by in order to ensure the accuracy of published information, so that only reviewed project references are published.
